As you may have noticed our website has received a major update with some improved features from the last. We’ve provided some information below on how this effects existing customers

What you need to know..

Customer accounts

As part of this update we haven’t been able to port across existing accounts so you’ll need to create a new account. The great news is that you’ll start collecting MIBI points as soon as you create an account under our new rewards system. This effects accounts made before the 31/01/2024

Appolgies for any inconvience this causes existing customers.

Historic and existing orders

All existing orders are on our internal systems, orders that haven’t been dispatched yet, including pre-orders, will be processed as normal. Historic orders are also on our internal systems for warranty purposes. Should you require any information or updates on these order, simply get in touch and we’ll be happy to provide one.

Newsletter subscriptions

If you have previously subscribed to our newsletter you’ll still be subscribed and will receive newsletter from us. You can however still subscribe on our new website. By doing this you'll also earn additional MIBI Points under our new reward system
